We pay largely based on performance so you can decide the amount that you earn based on the amount of work you take on. If you'd like more control over this consider applying as an Account Executive; you will manage your own campaigns on our behalf and will be paid for Clients you sign. You can then choose either to manage this Client yourself as a GTM Engineer, or to hand it off to another one of our GTM Engineers.
We will also pay you based on how well each post you create performs, to a maximum of an additional $80 per post. Below is a table which denotes how much you will be paid for engagement on your posts, per post:
